JUNIOR TECHNICIAN FOR A COMPANY OPERATING IN THE ENERGY RECOVERY SECTOR FROM WASTE

Innovative company operating in the sector of energy and material recovery from waste, owned by a Venture Capital holding company, is looking for a junior technician with a specialist degree to be employed in its plant promotion, design and marketing activity.
The figure will collaborate in the supervision of projects, construction, start-up and management of a pilot plant and industrial plants to be built soon, for the combustion of special waste, based on an innovative technology of which the company is the exclusive worldwide licensee.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supports the Technical Manager in the construction and start-up of the plants
  • Supports the Technical Manager in the procurement of vehicles, machinery, systems, accessories and anything else necessary for the construction and operation of the plant
  • Interfaces with various suppliers
  • Supports the Technical Manager in safety checks of the equipment and in the supervision of the production processes and the quality of the finished product
  • Supports the Technical Manager in company security aspects
  • Checks problems and malfunctions of the process lines and intervenes to resolve them promptly
  • Collaborates in the identification and implementation of plant performance KPIs
  • Collaborates in the drafting of periodic reports.

Requirements required

  • Specialist degree in technical subjects, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy or Materials Engineering
  • Good knowledge of Autocad or other design packages
  • Good knowledge of Office and Microsoft packages
  • Predisposition for innovation
  • At least intermediate level in English
  • The profile is completed by an aptitude for team working, proactivity and the ability to manage stress.

Place of work: Bari
Input mode: full time, direct entry into the company

Contractual framework: We offer a fixed-term CCNL – Trade contract, which can be transformed into a permanent one. Position and remuneration to be defined based on the actual experience gained by the candidate.
